Well guys, I gotta go back tomorrow too, and today was the last day of our hunting season. Kind of sucks, but kind of a relief in a way too. I spend most of hunting season in the woods one way or another. September through the end of Nov. I run hard as I'm sure you all do. Had a good year, and am ready for a break to plan out 2008.
Tag draws are coming up. Look forward to winter archery league and figuring out which hunts I can swing next year.
I was off from October 31st-November 21st. Bagged 3 deer and my best buck. Alot of meat for the freezer and was able to spend time with my wife and kids over that same time period. My work schedule is crazy most of the time. I felt blessed this year. And yes, work sucks
Be glad you got a job to go back to. I got laid off the day before thanksgiving. "Happy Thanksgiving, by the way, don't bother coming in on Monday, here is your lay off slip if you wouldn't mind signing it."
Supposedly they will be calling us back in a few months, but they won't put nothing in writing.
Paul
