I think you meant UNusually high, correct me if im wrong. I think some people just know the guys that hang around in here and value their opinions. I know myself, when i log on, its straight to the bowhunting section.

You knowI posted one, but I think we all agree that we are kinda friends by way of this forum. Don't we all want to see what we kill wether it's gun or bow? I mean, I show all my friends around here, and so why not show you guys, a nice buck is a nice buck!!!

I think the mods can handle it, but my opinion is.......this is the BOWhunting section....

That being said, there are quite a few things discussed in here that aren't bowhunting related. Sometimes I think that is perfectly acceptable. We are a family, and if one of our family has trouble, by all means let's discuss it. But as far as deer shot w/ firearms......put it in the appropriate section.

I am OK with it I guess, but I wouldn't do it myself (no offense Vabowman) since it's a bow hunting forum. My girl friend just got her first deer, a doe with a gun (although we mainly bow hunt) and I posted it under the deer hunting forum. We are very proud of her accomplishment. I am sure she will close the deal with a bow as well when the time comes.

To each his own.

I don't mind seeing posts in this forum where a young kid took their first deer with a firearm and a proud parent is posting it, but for as many as we've seen recently I don't know... It IS the bowhunting forum. If the mods want to allow it, that's their deal. I can sift through it.

I guess I don't really care if someone posts a gun kill as long as they say so in the title of the thread.

I myself will only post bowkills in the bowhunting forum.

Exactly. I posted my gun kill. I think that bowhunters should post their kills which is exactly what id did, whether or not it was killed with a bow. We are the bowhunters family.
