RE: Southern Comfort..I couldn't wait!!
Thanks guys, I dont know what he scores. He only has a 15" inside spread, he is kinda tall and very symetrical, perfect 8pt. I say maybe 115-120 ish?? Well, the story. I know some on here do not approve of dog hunting, but here in S.E. Va it is the norm once gun season starts. It's kind you either join em or don't hunt. Don't get me wrong, I love to hear dogs on a deer, but bowhunting is my first love. Anyway, one hound was running him and he ran him for about an hr then he just popped up in front at 40 yds. I missed the first shot!!! The second shot dropped him and I finished him off with the third shot. End of Story...I would have rather taken him with the bow, but I can't complain, he is still nice.....
