I made a venison and wild rice casserole. The Facilities dept here at UD is having a little meal for the holiday. ribs, wings, shrimp, just about anything besides bird.
The casserole is ground deer sausage, wild rice, mushroom soup, and mozzerella cheese, along with various and sundry spices. Oh, green beans too!

Man that looks good. I was in a rush this morning trying to pack the car up for our trip down to the cabin and I didn't get to eat b-fast. Literally after looking at that my stomach started to growl.

That's 33#'s of boston butts. I got up at 1:30 this morning and got them going. They were on the grill by 2:00AM......and I turned them off at 6:30 for the drive in. Got 'em going again at 7:30.....and we'll eat shortly after 12:00.......OR......As soon as I can reach in and pull the bone out.
