Long time lurker....first time poster! Started hunting last year. Always had the urge to hunt but never had the means...or the land. Anyway, I can say I am an addict now. Bought my bow 1 week before the season ended last year just so I could get in the woods. Had gotten three deer during shotgun, 2 does and a good 7 pointer(on the wall now). Was looking forward for this season to start forever. First day in the stand, was there for about 30 minutes, saw something move 80-100 yards to my right. Had heard that last season my buddy had a shot at a piebald and missed, that was what it was. Walked right under me....I have never been so nervous/excited. Waited till it got about 15 yards and she turned broadside and I let the the arrow fly. I am now hooked and my girl hates it!! Oh well, She better get used to it!! Enjoy...
