Three guys going hunting and they want to stay at a hotel and it costs$30 dollars, so they all pitch in$10 dollars and give it to the lady. The lady gives them the key and they go to their room. The lady rings it into the register and see's that she made a mistake and the room is only twenty-five dollars. She gives the bell hop five dollars to give back too the three men. The bell hoop decides to keep two dollars for a tip and give each guy a dollar back. So really each guy got a dollar back out of ten making the room cost nine dollars a piece. So 9x3=27 dollars + 2 dollars the bell hop kept making it 29 dollars. Where is the extra dollar?

Well after thinking about it for about 10 minutes, this is what i come up with. The lady at the register keeps $25 so starting with the next dollar handed out at 26, the bell hop takes out 2 so that is 26 and 27, then the first hunter gets 28, the 2nd gets 29 and the 3rd gets 30. Making it an even $30.

So the hunters paid ten got a dollar back making it nine dollars each for the room and gave the bell hop two dollar tip still making the room 27 dollars with a two dollar tip. Something doesn't make sence.
