Default IL MONSTER BUCKS

OK, here are the best ones so far that have come in to friend Bobs taxi shop from gun season. Just thought you might enjoy.

The one on the left grosses 178+, we never taped the one on the right, but he isn't far off that.

Not much to reference this one by, but his beams are 28" long and 23.5" inside spread. We figure him to be in the 170's too.

And then we have FREAK NASTY!!! I have never seen anything like it. A perfect 6 point antler with a small droptineon one side, and just look at the other side. He won't score much at all, because he has no typical frame to speak of. But he sure has some bone on his head. His left base measurement was 9 1/2 inches.Never taped him either, the rest of this guys buddies wanted to get back out in the woods, and he took the antlers along with him. Imagine that.

With all of these guys laying, if you bring in a 140-150 class buck, you're almost embarressed.

We had 2 left to skin out when I left at 5:30. But they were still frozen, might be able to do them tomorrow. It should really be busy tomorrow as everyone breaks camp and heads home. If I get home in time I will post some more Sunday night. Plus he mounts most of Heartlands Lodge deer, and they usually bring them all in at once on Sunday.

Were those all Jersey County bucks? I've been seeing some pretty nice ones this weekend, but just can't close the deal.

No doubt those are some studs though...
