Thanks, Don. I won't go so far as to say I was "singling" him out, exclusively.....but he's been my primary target since I saw him for the first time in '05. I was ALWAYS aware that he was out there.....and that kept me in the woods and hunting hard.
I appreciate the recognition......but it's ALL about "him". He was a magnificent animal.
I enjoyed reading both of your field journals. I've actually been reading more members journals lately. They're a great addition to this site. It gives you a little insight to the lives of some of the members on here, their hunting locations, strategies, etc. Good stuff all around. Congrats to both of you two on two fine deer taken this year, and very successful seasons (I know you're still on the fence, GMMAT, but to me, I think you've done quite well, and not just with tagging animals either).
