Heard the Growl

Was out sunday evening to shoot a doe and after sittin in the stand for maybe 10 minutes I heard a buck growl, the first time I've ever heard it besides watchin the videos of Drury. My buddy was sittin about 200 yards away and heard it too.Loudest, weirest thing I've ever heard. I never saw the buck that made the growl but I could hear ucks chasin does just out of sight all night. Didn't take my grunt tube or horns cuz I was only out to shoot a doe, wish I would have after I heard that..... Anyone else ever heard it while hunting? WCL

Many times. Some are much louder then others.Its pretty cool.

I heard it this past weekend too! I don't have bears in my neck of the woods (or anywhere near me for that matter) butI swear it sounded like a bear or something much more vicious than a deer, was definitely a deer though!

No way it's not a real sound....lol.

I've heard it a few times, but never super loud.

I heard it once but didn't know what it was, I heard it right after I scared a buck away from some does.
