What about that nervous feeling, when you get into your stand and don't see anything, or hear anything, you just get anxious and jittery, it's always just after you settle in, and you anticipate what may or may not occur. That's what really does it for me. I get jacked when I see em and shoot em, but it's the suspense of what might be coming from the shadows... How bout you guys...... yall know what I mean???

RE: Ok, what about just feeling that nervousness??
I know what ya mean! I love it. Something about the thought there could be a deer behind every tree or bush keeps me on edge the entire time I'm on stand. It's super exciting and at the same time, extremely relaxing for me. Paradoxical isn't it?

I start getting jittery when I'm sittin down drinkin a beer the night before sitting on here lookin at the pics of the other deer that are being taken down around the nation.....
Then I tell myself that tommorows the day... that deers goin down...
Then I stalk my way in...
Then I might let a few small deer walk...
Then at about 930 or 10 it happens...
I fall asleep under a tree. Then I go home for lunch.
