do you think this is right

i have a 2007 diamond the edge with a 27 inch draw and set at 50lbs. the advertised speed in 07 was 280 at 28in and 50 lbs.im 1 inch from that so its 10 fps slower.im shooting the right grain that it advertises it with and the right grain of field points and broadheads. since the brass nocks and string loop and peep sight and silencers are on the string it slows it down about 15-20 fps. so my setup would be around 250-255fps. wouldnt that be just as fast as a fredbear element.because its advertised at 305fps at 30 in and 70 lbs. and with a 27 in draw at 50 lbs , 30 fps off and about 15 fps for lbs off. so would my bow shoot about the same as the element does with all of its string accesories and the same dl and lbs and string accesories and arrow and field point?
