Anti's loose this battle
Not sure if this has been posted already, but if so I apologize.
In Pennsylvania, a judge dismissed a lawsuit that would have prohibited hunting on properties left to the government as charitable trusts.
Judge Lawrence Brenner determined that an archery hunt in Trexler Game Preserve in Lehigh County could go on after anti-hunters did not meet the legal criteria to stop it. The anti-hunters had argued that hunting runs contrary to the intent of the late Gen. Harry Trexler, who deeded the property to the county in 1933.
The activists said they may appeal the decision in order to try to stop hunting on the preserve in future years, according to Sentry, the official membership newsletter of the U.S. Sportsmen"™s Alliance and U.S. Sportsmen"™s Alliance Foundation
