Default Found a zip lock "baggie" by one of my stands......

full of hair.... Upon closer inspection under my flashlight I could see hair scattered all around under my stand and in a "mock" scrape I made..... About 50 yards from my stand on my walk out I see a white glare in my flashlight beam.... A brand new looking empty bottle of Ammonia was laying off the side of the logging road.

Not sure how much more "they"may have donearound that stand or if my other stands have been violated by some A-hole or not as well....

Loss for words here...... [:@]

Yes, I went there took a route out past one of my stands where the tornado didn't do any damage. I wanted to see if my mock setup had been hit or not.....

It was hit.... not by a buck though [:@]

Can you grab that bottle and get it checked for finger prints? Thats a bummer! Any ideas on who is doing this kind of Crap? Maybe set out a game cam on the logging trail. Thats just plain B.S.
Hope it gets better for you....Good Luck!

It sounds like your stand site isn't in an out of the way location?Tryusing a climber and keep them guessing!

It was prob. put there by some one who bought 10 acres of woods, had them cleared, built themselves a 200k house and filled the garage with matching SUV's but they LOVE nature and the enviroment.

My one wish in life is to bein my stand,or walking to it and see one of these idiots doing something like this.....(Champaign CountyJail: " Yes Ma'am, would you except a collect call from a Mr. Griffin"?)

Default RE: Found a zip lock "baggie" by one of my stands......

I go thru so much crap with stolen stands and game cameras.... Just SO tired of dealing with BS...

How about earlier this yearsome guytrespassed onto my land (inheritance from grandparents) and left a hand written note "KEEP OUT" on my truck window...... This guy has given me problems for years....... He called the game warden on me numerous times and last time told him I was drinking beer back in the woods and poaching turkey I drink beer about once a year..... As for poaching turkey, I don't even know what to say about that.

Another one..... 2 years ago I get to one of my lock ons one morning only to have the platform pushed upright and it chained and locked to the tree so I couldn't pull the platform down with a note saying "good luck shooting my big buck this year nowa--hole.... By the way thanks for the camera".

I am sure he tried to steal it but I had a real heavy duty chain and lock on it.

As for the questions about anti or another hunter I am certain it is another "hunter".

As for the comment about the climber... I use the climber the most.... These sets were either very close to bedding areas or stands I would sit after work when limited time was a factor.
