Sounds good to me. If it's a large buck, you might not see him everyday but it's obvious one is visiting the area. You just need to be there when he is.

When your hunting dominant bucks you won't see alot of deer. I sit many many times and never see deer. He will show if you have the patience and are carefull with your entry and wind.

Not just a time in stand...the RIGHT time in stand. Been there before with that type of situation. He may not travel it everyday, but he will be back. You just need to be there to greet him.

I don't know your set up but it's totally normal for me not to see deer when hunting. If I wanted alot of action (see alot of deer) I would set up in different areas. I got my eye on one paticular fat head and I'm trying to wait him out. The key is setting up so that when he does come thru the area there is a good chance you will get a shot at him.

Sounds like your hunting behind my Parents house. There is always lots of buck sign back there but i never see any deer. It gets frustrating, but the one deer I did see back there was a huge 9 pointer, but I never did get the shot. Thats been years ago I'm sure he's dead now. Good Luck!
