Default Success for the shadow (6 pointer)

Well my original plan got screwed up today b/c a bunch of Marines( I love the guys but they really messed me up today) were training and walked through my hunting area....3 hours of wasted time! Anyways, scrambled to get set back up by 3 pm. Found a scrape and 4-5 rubs in a small area. Around 5:30 a 6 pointer came in and started tearing up the scrape and thrashing some trees. He walked right past me but I couldnt get a shot. I called him back in with a grunt call. Shot him at 10 yards with my Muzzy's...2 more buck tags for me so it is time to concentrate on a big boy now.

duc--he is a small basket 6 pointer...and to be honest, I have never taken a picture with any of the deer I have killed. This is my 15th year of hunting. I just recently started cutting off the antlers of the bucks Ive killed over the past 4-5 years and keep them. For some reason I feel like I am gonna jinx myself if I take a picture with a dead deer! LOL. Maybe I should start taking some pics.
