Default I'm finally a bow hunter

Well I finally got my first deer, nice size doe, taken at about 20 yards. She only made it about 10 yards from where she got hit. Bowtech Allegiance with Muzzy 4 blades make a great pair. Turn 50 in two weeks what a gift from the Lord.
Sorry no pictures at this time, my buddys wife has to use a the role of film before I even it one. All I can say is I haven't had that kind of an adrenline rush in twenty years.

Jim I tried last year, but needed alot of practice, so this would make it my second year. I know I can't give the guys
from PA a run for there money but a least I got one for the
state of Illinois.

No you aren't really a bow hunter until you have missed a big buck.

I reached that stage myself last week. I'd buy us a beer if you lived further south.

Congrats on the deer! Kinda makes you wonder why you gun hunt doesn't it?
