How long will doe urine last?

I found a bottle of Special Golden Estrous in my refrigerator from last year, and it says "Use in 2006" on the back. How long will a bottle of this stuff last/work? Also, what are some good scents youve used to get bucks in? There is a monster running around within the mile and something tells me that bait isnt gonna be the trick to get him in. So what is a good method to get him in my woods? Thanks for the help.

if you put a drop behind each ear, you should get another year out of it !!!!!! It probaly is not worth useing. Piss breaks down into amonia and Special Golden Estrus has "other" secretions that should have totaly broke down. I doubt it would spook a deer, but I also doubt it be very effective on a rutting buck. I have had good success with that product myself and prefer it to the others I have tried on the market. Seems much more effective then the tinks products and the like, . DFA

Ever smell fresh urine from a buck or doe? Try that sometime after a kill dissecting the bladder and then the urine. Once you do that....You'll probably never use bottled urine again..

Ya it does smell pretty bad no matter how long its been. I had it out this morning and had 2 young deer come in and i think they got a wiff of it downwind andi dont think they liked it too much. They seemed kinda spooked after.
