Well in SC you would be charged for night hunting.
And you don't have to get up at 3am unless you live a good ways from your hunting ground.
I get up at 4:30am and thats plenty of time to get up, get ready, and drive 30mins. Matter of fact, i think i am going to sleep about 30mins later since the days are changing.
If you think u could do this then i would have no quams with it. The only thing i would worry about would be falling asleep and having to test my saftey harness. Just be sure to really put the sneak on them going in and take some food and water(i always get hungry) and go for it!!
P.S.: Thank you for risking your life to give me the ability to go to college and partake in the great sport of bowhunting!!

Thats awsome that you can hunt every day!! I would love to be able to do that! I get out maybe once or twice a week. yeah during the rut a bucks home range increases from 800-1200 to 1200-2000 acres so they cover more ground but are more unpredictable.

The best thing i have found to do during the rut is to hunt the major travel corridors and funnels and sit all day. This is what has givin' me my two P&Y's.
