Default trouble sleeping anyone

i went to bed last night about 9.30 plan to get up at 7 to try and work down to 4 i hit the bed at 9.30. When i looked at the clock the next time it is 12.00 i spent 2 and a half hours running everything through my head from best way to get to my stand to staying awake to shot placement to tracking to getting the deer to the checkin loc to how i plan to cook that first meal. i end up getting asleep around 1.00 on my first season three years ago i went to bed at 1 work up and 3 and end up getting ready early that first day anyoen else having trouble sleeping lol

at less when i toss and turn i am thinking of bow hunting insted of how much time and money my house is eating up on the complete remodle

and i thas been a bissy month finishing my roof redoing a bath room i had to pay to get my roof shinged on the 4th of oct so i could hunt but i weigh 350 pound and did not wont to get up there any way

sorry for the long post any typos just need to say all that out loud

good luck to all and god bless

I have the remedy. It's 12 oz. in a blue can. A Busch Light or two usually puts me right to sleep.

I will have a benedryl and a beer, and usually get 4-6 hours of sleep.

It took me a while but around 9:30pm I can't keep my eyes open! After all day in the woods a couple of beers sure helps out![8D]
