Default Ground Blinds?

Just wondering how many of you hunt out of ground blinds without leaving them set up all the time? Will you still see deer if you take it down and set it up every time you go out?

can a ground blind be used to lure in a deer without it knowing you were there, and using a 30# bow to hit it at 10 yards or leess? Instead of you going to it, it comes to you, making a 30# bow quite effective, when it gets close
