gotta love advertisements.
Check out this advertisement.
http://cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/product/readonly-item.jsp?id=712525&itemTemplate=products-found&cmCat=EOF
The adds shows a guy FROM A DEER STAND shooting a deer at a 40 deg angle for 34 adjusted yardage.
HE WOULD HAVE TO BE AROUND 80 FEET IN THE TREE FOR THAT TO BE POSSIBLE.
This would be a great product for those that hunt in the mountains but for most of us for deer stand use is overkill.
It might be ok for those that climb 80 feet in a tree.[

RE: gotta love advertisements.
I saw that one also and was wondering how high up that hunter would have to be to get that shot. I knew it would be up there pretty good but didn't do the math. WOW, I don't set many(NONE) of my stands at 80 feet.
