Dan,

Ty got his plaque all put together and got his euro mount attached. It looks great. I still cant believe that deer! He said to tell you thanks again. He is really pleased with it!

Well unfortunately, he didnt kill this buck. He had been hunting him hard and even had him sneak upbehind him at 10 yards while hunting a ground blind set (cedar set-up). After that encounter, he hunted him hard for a month and never saw him. When he went to change his setup one evening he walked up on him dead. No holes or anything. He had to have been hit by a car cause a few tines were broken off (the right G4 and G5 which would have pushed him over 200") but surprisingly the body wasnt too banged up. He had only been dead for a day or two. It was a sad sad story...

Wow, what a buck, its too bad he didnt get to arrow him, but atleast he can look at him whenever he wants to and remember the chase.

That is a truly incredible buck. Nice mount too. That must have been something to be 10 yards away from that guy on the ground. I think my heart would explode.
