A bear thats been up int he high country eating blue berries is real good . A grain fed bear is good . a corn bear can be so fat one bear my friend shot 2 years ago we got 11gallons of renderd fat. But if you get a bear thats been eating fish hopefully you have some dogs to eat it.
Its the families favorite hands down. We usually grind up most of it as we utlize the hamburger more than anything, and use it in a crock pot to make stew. God I'm drooling just thinking of it
