legacy bows

Default legacy bows

I was wondering if anyone knows much about the xi legacy I know there out of buisness. but was wondering when they went out. I shoot a xi legacy and I like it its kinda heavy but it shoots good. also does anyone else shoot older bows thanx guys

I had 2 Legacies, one for hunting the other set up for target. They are awesome shooters, but man alive are they horses to draw. They've been out of business for .........7 or 8 years now I think. I don't think you could even get parts for them anymore.

I was very happy with both of mine. Hard hitters for sure. If I recall, my target set up was pushing mid 290's, and that was 10 years ago. That was fast for that time.

I lovedmy XI Legacy Myles Keller...I killed over ten deer with that bow.
Have never shot well since I got rid of it[8D]

thanx for the replys and ill agree with ya mobow its not the easiest to draw. but i do love the way it shoots I guess thats why i cant talk myself into getting a new one. i like it to much ill probably shoot it untill it breaks And does anyone know why they went out of buisness thanx

I did some searching and the last thing I could find was from 1996.....Which would be about right.

Xi's were known for their limbs shattering. They fixed the issue but were never successful in proving it to the public. Cash flow died and they were eventually bought up by Escalade Sports.

I feel yea x132. I shot my Champion Stinger for 12 years and they also went out of biz years ago. I broke down last year and got a new Elite Answer. It was so hard to put down the old warhorse though. I killed alot of Deer with that Bow.
