Default Scoring Question?

How do you take the 4 Circumference measurements on a spike?

my guess is you can not correct?

I am writing the Buckcontest scoring system and need to know the rules for my logic, I just want to get it right.

You take the measurement 1/2 way between the point and the pedicle... then use that same measurement for all 4.

IE.. say it 2" around.. for the left side... and 2 1/4 for the right side.. both1/2 way up the spike...

You would enter
Left H1 2"
Left H2 2"
Left H3 2"
Left H4 2"

Right H1 2 1/4"
Right H2 2 1/4"
Right H3 2 1/4"
Right H4 2 1/4"

This is what I would have thought. But I'm not an official scorer. Those guys have a large rulle book for these kinds of questions.
