IOWA walking world record taken????
I bought the BUCKS 6 video this summer by primetime and in it it has a possible world record non typical buck with atleast 40 scoredable points they estimate. i was wondering if by any chacne it could be the buck that is in the post "250 IOWA MONSTER". If anyone knows the answer to this questions please let me know because he was so big he had to lean his head to one side because of the massive rack...
If you hit DOUBLE LUNG , the less they will run

I have seen the buck that you are refering to in Whitetail magazine. It is an enormous buck that would score over 300 inches. If anyone happens to take him you will hear about it as soon as it happens. By the way the world record is the Missouri Monarch and if I am not mistaken it scores 333 inches. It was found dead in the St. Louis area in the early 80s.

No, the "240 Iowa Monster" is not the buck in
the video. I had heard from a reliable source
that the buck in question had been hit by a
vehicle. I don't know this to be fact yet, but
it appears to be true.<img src=icon_smile_sad.gif border=0 align=middle>
I do know the bucks rack did not grow right
this past summer because of a slug wound
inflicted during last years firearm season.
One side just formed a "big clump", the
opposite side of the wound.
Kind of a sad story...from the time this buck
was spotted, he never had a chance. I just
purchased a new print,by Larry Zach,depicting
this buck in a open grain field...what a
beautiful animal. He deserved better.

I live 20 miles from the "world record" and I hunt 10 miles away. IT ISN'T FAR ENOUGH!
That's all you here about. It is ridiculous. Everyone thinks that if they get this deer they are an overnight highroller($). Pretty Sad.
