Default What does this 9 pt score? (answered)

What do you think this 9 pt scores? Would you shoot him?

I would put his gross score at 119. At home I would pass, when I hunt PA I would attempt to take him. He looks to be 3 1/2 years old to me.

I don't care what he scores, I would be taking the shot if he presented it.

First, he's a nice buck whatever he scores.

Pictures can make it tough and this ones a deciever for me. I wanted to give him 120-123 by first impression but when I look at each part and estimate the score one measurement at a time, I come up with 110-112. I would pass on him in Illinois but in PA, he might not make it by me. I'd have to see him on the hoof to be sure.

So, tell us the story! Yours? A buddy? What'd he score?

Gross around 116 and I would definatly shoot him. He looks to be mature with that face and the bases on the rack.

Looking at the picture and seeing that he has a split brow tine with nine points total ,his spread seems to be 18 ln. or better .
He does has some mass on him , my guess would be in the 125 to 130 class and with a rack like that I would take a shot if he gave me one.
I think you got a nice buck there , you should be proud of your self congrats.
