Default Best way to play musical chairs?

Hey guys, i have a dilemma. For the past 2 weeks deer have been coming out on a rye feild almost every night. Ive hunted there whenever i could. I always see deer there. We have a ladder stand on the field and a ground blind toward the other end. Whenever im in the ladder, they come out near the ground blind and when im in the blind, they come out someplace else. Ive been busted a few times because the ladder stand didn't have enough cover to break up my outline. This is pretty much the only place we've seen deer all season and i've put in alot of hours in the woods trying to find a deer. I call it musical chairs because they usually come out where im not sitting. I can't hunt the woods they come out of because it is city land not open to hunting. What is the best way to play this game? thanks

Sounds like the deer always know where you are. Mix up your routine a bit (go in earlier, parking, stand entrance, exit) and play the wind.

alright guys, thanks. last night i got there real late and there were 2 does on the field. i walked through the woods and tried to stalk them. i got about 40 yards and the doe knew something was up. she ran back in the woods and came out 45 minutes later. i spooked her that time when the stand creaked or something when i stood up. im going early tonight.
