Default Great Bow Shop, Great Owner

The Southern Hunter in Kaufman Tx is a great shop with a knowledgable and professional staff. I really like these guys. They do great work at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. And the owner goes beyond the call. My church is having a fund raiser for our youth group. While in the shop having my new Gibblet string installed I asked the owner if he would be kind enough to make a donation of some piece of gear for the churches "Country Store", or the auction. I was hoping for $10-$20. He asked if a $50 gift certificate would be OK. When any business owner gives back to the community I like to trade there. When its my favorite bow shop they have a customer for life! This was after I told him I had ordered a Bowmender press and I'm planning on doing more of my own work. He knows I'll still need to buy supplies somewhere. Cudos to The Southern Hunter.

Gun Barrel City is 60 miles SE of Dallas. I may spend some time in your neck of the woods this fall at LBJ National Grasslands.I went up there for spring turkey with no luck but I'm willing to try again. If my hog problem gets bad again this winter do ya want to help out? My lease is in Praireville, about a 1 1/2 hour drive for you maybe 2.

Its very rare to hear of such a reputable company theses days. And if they have an Ebay store you know what I may just buy from them. Cudos to you and to the proshop.
