Anyone found any sheds in IL yet?

Just wondering who's found any shed antlers in IL yet? I've heard of a few and some sightings of bucks with no or half a rack. I got out today for a couple hours found three legs and a rib cage but no antlers. Oh well it was a nice day for a walk.

I'm gonna wait a while. They may be dropping but in the past week I have seen 3 bucks still sporting thier racks.

I know a couple guys who have picked up some sheds already, but not many. Give it another 2-3 weeks and they'll really start dropping.

I may make some cursory passes around the woods tomorrow; I need to go get one last stand out of the woods. If I find anything, I'll let ya know.

i saw a small buck before christmas that only had one side left . i found a 5 point shed on 1/9/06 and on 1/12/06 i found a set nice 8 point 30 yards from my stand ,they were last years sheds and i never saw the buck last year ,but they would go about 125 with maybe 1inch deduction

I saw a half rack tonight when I was calling coyotes.

Cool bob d. How about a photo? I know it's alittle early but I've read on some other sights that several people have been finding alot of them already. I had two vertibraes in my neck fused together December 15th and don't go back to work till the middle of March. I've got the hard collar off and cleared to go walking by the doc. I think I'll have time to cover alot of ground. Goin tomorrow,( weather permitting )Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, well you get the picture.
