RE: 5shot Re: broadhead testing
The highest scoring head ever was the Bone buster broadhead. It was accurate, strong, and has 4 blades. I really don't think it's any better than some of the other heads scoring in the 25 range, but it did have 4 blades with a 1 1/8" cutting diameter. That pushed it over the 25 mark to 26. The only problem I had with the bone buster was that I never could get it sharp! Of course the company makes a sharpner that is supposed to get the heads sharp.

I would like to try one of the rippers out. They look like a mean head! If you would like to send one, drop me an email and I will give you my mailing address. Thank you for the offer. Bigbulls, I too wonderd about the tip, but it didn't seem to slow down penetration at all.

Wow, those rippers are $50 for three!<img src=icon_smile_shock.gif border=0 align=middle> Ouch. To put that in perspective for me, I would have to pay $200.00 for a dozen of them. I can get a dozen Magnus for $40.00. If price is an issue for folks, those heads would be tough.
