I got a string installed on my bow the other day and saw these peep sights so thought I'd give them a shot. Its a peep with a rubber coating so its basically a string silencer as well. I love it. Pricey at 12.99 at basspro but I think worth it. Nice diameter, quiet, and I do not need the rubber tubing to keep it aligned. If you're on the fence about it, I'd say give it a shot, highly recommend
