Is elite a company? or is it a model of bow? If so who makes it?

i Hve shot the envy.....very very nice weapon. I would like to get my hands on an elite fire for my g/f. fastest short draw bow in the world. thier designs are very cool. I thikn they are an offshoot of bowtech. someone left there etc....

I've never even seen an Elite that I know of. I read somewhere that this guy was canned by Bowtech. Other than that, it's all reading on messageboards about liking or not liking the bows, bad customer service, good customer service, financial troubles, no financial troubles, good bows, copied bows. Who really knows. Like I've said, I don't think I've ever seen one. Maybe I'm missing out on something but I doubt it.

Elite is a fairly new company. I have a dealer near me in MA. I shot the synergy and the envy last year, they make a very nice bow. Here is a link.

Thanks for all the input, keep it coming. These look like sweet bows, might have a problem being left handed from what I've read, would even look at the 07 models inparticular the Synergy.

We simply can't get anything right from them. And that's all I'm gonna say.

I shot the BowTech Allegiance, Guardian, Mathews Drenalin, and finally the Elite Synergy. Settled on the Synergy 'cause it was faster with no buzz in the handle that I felt w/the Alley, and it was about $100 cheaper. I'm shooting a 27" Maxima Hunter 350 with a Muzzy 75gr bh. Total weight: 354gr.
28 3/4" DL, 65#, 310 fps. I find it to be very accurate and shock free. Best bow I've ever owned. I also have had no problems with customer service. I had some white marks on the side of the limbs and talked to Donna. She had me ship it to them, free, and they replaced the limbs and returned it to me within two weeks. (Except for the appearance of the limbs there was nothing that effected the performance.)

Hookie25, there's a guy on Archery Talk that is a dealer in NJ. My son bought a 2008 Elite from him. I haven't been able to get on the AT site for the last month or so or I'd give you a link. Does anyone know if Archery Talk is still on line?
