razor ring broadheads???
Anybody ever heard of these? Used them, seen them? They are called razor ring broadheads. Just saw them in a hunting mag and was wondering. They have a website, don`t know if I can put it on here or not though.

I've seen them. It doesn't look like they would penetrate very well but the blood trail would probably be heavy enough even with a non pass through shot.

RE: razor ring broadheads???
There were some threads about this head on one of the other forums about 2 months back. The heads have been around for quite a few years without gaining too much popularity. Some had claimed to use them with limited success. Not too many pass throughs but what an entrance wound. The other concerns were with all of that "wing" area supplied by the razor ring, that they would be very susceptible to the wind.
Take all of this info with a grain of salt. I have never personally tried the heads, just relaying information from "a friend of a friend"
