They are excellent broadheads, accurate, strong and exspensive! They are probably worth the money though as you can sharpen and resharpen the head. I think if you click on my profile and follow the link, you can get the reveiw of the Monotec head as well as the 2 blade B-52

5shot, I did as you directed, but couldn't find the b52 review. Is it up?

I've had two kills with the 125 gr. montecs and I am very pleased with them. I doubt I will be going back to my thunderheads or muzzy's for awhile even though those heads were great too - i just like sharpening my own heads too much and i think you get better penetration with a cut to tip design. In summary: good broadheads!Eric

Rangeball, sorry the B52 isn't up yet. It to is an excellent head. I will post the results for you in the next few days. I am updating everything now, so I can make the B52 the next on the list.

I just read a story about this company in a bowhunting magazine and was going to ask if anybody had heard of them. It would seem that they would be a potentially durable head since there is no way to lose blades. I wonder about the drawbacks to the design though, I mean it's much easier to just drop in new sharp blades than to try to sharpen the fixed ones. Also, I would assume that the blade edges would get pretty nicked up by bone, rocks, etc that they would be hitting and that sharpening them would not even be an option after a few shots.

Anybody else have some experience with them?

Looking forward to reading your review 5-Shot.

How much are they charging for them?
