Congrats to Chris Reeves of Alabama who shot this giant bighead carp. Weighing in at a certified 85lbs it becomes the new Bowfishing Association of America record bighead carp. It easily beats the previous record bighead which weighed 49lbs.

Do we know what type of point and reel that guy used?

I don't know what kind of reel he used but I do know that the fish was taken with muzzy points and oneida bows. The fish was shot first by Chris and then a second 'insurance' arrow was put in it by his father Scott.
