Default Where in Michigan

I really want to try bowfishing, where is the best place around Lansing MI? Also keep seeing pics of some big carp where is the big ones?

I think I answered this else where. Old 27 north of St. Johns a public access site on the Maple river flats. Used to bow fish there years ago they were so thick during the spawn wasn't unheard of to arrow several in one shot.
We used a small car topper flat bottom pram.
