Default Bowfishing spots in south east Wisconsin?

I have an interest in trying out bowfishing but before I buy all the stuff I just want to know a few spots. I live in Racine so anyplaces never by? Also can I bowfish in city limits in Wisconsin?

I don't know about city limits... Most cities have laws restricting. But sometimes you can shoot from within the water. A short drive should put you in carp though... I live in Sullivan, not to far from you and every river has carp in it. The rock river is loaded.
