Default arrows?

Can I shoot at concrete in 20" of water with a bow ? The carp in my river only show their self on it.

I would love to try bowfishing ,never did it. I will be standing 15ft. above the water at a 45 degree angle. My ? is can an arrow and head last?

ive never shot at concrete but i would say try and find other fish. since you havent bowfished bfore your going to miss ALOT more than what your going to hit. if you hit the concrete and do nothing but break arrows you wont have any fun. find some fish that are on sandy or muddy banks and learn on those before you start shooting at fish that are sitting above concrete. especialy if there that shallow.
