does anyone have any idea about what water temp do the asian carp begin to jump? thanx........

Nice Bulz...

They'll try to jump under the ice (and smash their little noggins).
The guys that duck hunt and use boats to get to their deer hunting spots will have them jump into the boat in Nov, Dec... etc..

However in the warmer months (June-August) we get more of them to jump consistently.
