Default Finally Remembered

Well I finally remembered to bring the camera along when we went for a quick trip down the creek yesterday afternoon. We did all right.............4 apiece. Little bit of a mixed bag (carp, gar, buffs). Nothing huge, but I did hit about a 4 1/2 to 5 foot long nose. Didn't get him in though[&o], he pulled out after about 10 seconds.[>:] Would have easily been my personal record long nose. I also finally remembered to take some pics of the recurve as well.

We will start with the bow

Nice Jim,

That would have been a sweet gar, especially from shore.
My best is 36", but plan to change that at our State Championship tournament in 2 weeks.

Thumbs up on the Huntingnet stickers. [:-]

You TX boys get a lot of those Bigmouth Buffs down there?

Yea, but you have to hit them just right. We saw quite a few in this creek which was kind of rare for us. We usually see them mainly on the flats out in the lake
