lasersights for bowfishing?

I was thinkin about tryin to put one of those lasersights on my bow for bowfishing because it seems like it might make shooting them easier.What are yalls thoughts

I got a buddy that shoots some kind of lighted sight. It is the same sight that he deer hunts with. I can tell you on long shots, if he puts the dot on it, it is as good as in the barrel.
