So wat size of bolt do i need ,im using a compound,

5/16" (.3125")x 24 thread. Get B7 if possible it is high strength, it will be gold in color, Yeah a couple of 3/8" drive sockets probably 9/16". Christine ya want to get him the size used? Thanks.

I haven't personally used it but it is a spectra braid so if you can get it in a large enough size it should work. I personally shoot 100# PowerPro and am having very good luck with it. Most folks shoot 150# or 200#. That is the thing that brought about the modifications I make to the reels, to make them shoot the large braided line better.

I think this rig up will work for now.I will probably just shoot carp out of the ditches and shoot some catfish,because where we go catfishing the bigger catfish come up and feed right in front of us so i think i can hit a few!!!

are you talking about spiderwire for bass fishing. that craps like 12lbs. no buy some bowfishing line or you will lose every arrow you have

I guess it could be used for bass , i use it for catfish , so its 50 pound test,where do i get bowfishing line jim ?

all i can tell you is no9t to get frustrated when you miss (AIM LOW), go as much as possible, and make sure you know what you are shooting at before you release the arrow. no need to be pulling up bass.
