Default Another New Guy

Hey everyone...new guy to the site, from Southern Indiana. Just sold my old 11' jon boat and the wife actually let me get a Triton 2070 which I'll be picking up this w/e and throwing carp in as soon as possible. Been relegated to bank shooting until the new boat is ready, but it hasn't been too bad so far (pic). Just seeing if there were any other bowfishermen around the Louisville, Kyarea on here.

Howdy Mike.
Welcome aboard.

We've got a couple of guys and teams from Indiana that come over to IL for bowfishing shoots. Check out the IL club subforum.

Here are our shoots for '07.

The ones at Kentucky Lake (KY), Lake Shelbyville and Clinton Lake (IL) might be within your driving distance.

Hop to see you around.

Chris

not much back water around here, but the indiana side has a fair amount of shallow mud flats where we see a lot of fish. Been into some bigheads already a few times this year. Just picked my 2070 up on Saturday and I'm looking forward to getting out this weekend, if the weather cooperates. We had been shooting out of my buddy's 14' Lowe but it's gonna be nice to be in something much bigger. Now I gotta convince the wife that I need to buy an Oneida...
