Default pro drive boats

Has anybody had any experience with the pro drive boats? A buddy of mine has one we used this weekend and it did great in the thick weeds. I was wondering if anybody else has used them to get back in the shallow water covered withweeds. I'm thinking about looking around from one like that myself.

I have a prodrive motor but not the boat. I love the motor, unitl I seen the gatortail my buddy just bought. The prodrive motor and boat is great, but I like gatortail more after seeing both of them in person and comparing the two. The next one I will get will be a gator tail.

Pro Drive, GatorTail and Go-Devil are all good boats and motors. You will be happy with either one, they will all get the job done. If I had to pick a new setup I will choose 35hp Gatortail motor on a 16' go-devil boat. I love my prodrive, but after comparing first hand a prodrive and gatortail, I just think the gatortail is a better motor. I'm friends with a salesman at a local go-devil dealership and I was talking to him about the go-devil surfacedrive motors and he informed me that he will not spend his money on a go-devil surface drive, but he will spend it ona prodrive instead. He gave me a bunch of reasons why he wouldn't buy a go-devil surface drive. I took his comments to heart and ended up getting a prodrive. I do think go-devil makes the best boats on the market.
