3 Rivers carries wraps for the longbow that will allow you to attach an AMS reel right to it. I use my longbow all the time for bowfishing and it's fast and light. Only problem is you can't put a fish hook rest on it so you gotta be careful when you swing fast. I even have another wrap on it so I can attach a hawglight to the front as well. The rubber straps wrap right around the limb and hold the accessory threads right to the bow without damaging it. You can take it on and off whenever you want.

Does anybody else seem to have a problem withcarp spooking. I've seen videos where people stand up and quickly draw their bows back when the fish are onlya couple feet away, yet when I have carp come in, I draw my bow back slowly, like when I'm deer hunting, and they still seem to see me and take off. Is there something that I'm doing wrong, or is it just the fish being easy to spook.

Same thing that most people do will all of their carp. Use them for fertilizer. If you really don't want to waste a carp, you will be able to tell that its small when its swimming by you.

I don't know a heck of a lot about Bow hunting at all but after reading the above article I must say my interest has been piqued with regards to Bow fishing. That is definitely some thing I am going to check out, how does this work as far as fishing regulations go? I'm guessing it just depends on the location you are at.
