Mark Twain Lake, MO
My inlaws have a nice camper and boat at the lake, I was wondering if anyone knows if :
1. Its legal at Mark Twain
2. Any tips, ie general areas, tactics
3. If not legal any other public areas close?
Thanks in advance, I am a rookie at the bowfishing thing, just trying to nail down some reasons to "be busy" while visiting the inlaws.
Thanks,
CS

Ya it's legal. It is a good lake, with very good gar and plenty of other fish too. Between the dams can be good as well. Gar will be found in standing timber near channels. Grass carp and bigheads just about anywhere between the dams.

A friend of mine shot a 55" gar up there a couple weekends ago. They had lots of action too.
