Default gar mosquito repelent

Thought you guys would find this interesting and benefical. You should know by now if you have hunted gar, after the kill the gars skin gets very slimmy. This slim was used by seminols as a mosquito repelent. They would collect it and rub it all over themselves. It also works on black flies,
gnats and other insects that bite.

Hmm, I'm not sure what would be worse... being covered with gar slime or being covered with mosquito bites. [:'(][:'(]

I agree Christine! That stuff actually stings a little if it is on me too long.
