Be careful it is an addiction I tell you. I was introduced to it about a year ago, and found it to be as fun as hunting. The best thing you can do in the offseason! Fishhunter will probably respond to this he can give you some good links and pointers. AmanitaVerna is quite the bowfisher woman as well! It is a passion like no other!!!! Just do not get discouraged if you miss alot at first it takes some getting used to!

Well I thought I was "good" at bowfishing when I went to MO. But she shooled me. But I still say I was out of my element. The fish were different, the water was clear, and the water was deep! (Sounds good doesn't it?) I still say she had an advantage because of her boat, and I am sticking with it!!!

HA! Tablerock Lake is a very humbling lake. It will humiliate anybody, especially during the day. The water is so crystal clear that it's impossible to judge depth. And the carp there seem to be armor plated. I really hope you guys come back up for next years Bowbash.
