RE: TC System 1 Twist rate?
Well...went ahead and bought the TC System 1, beautiful rifle, nicely blued and with a handsome walnut stock to boot! There is something to be said for US made quality. Brand new in the box for $199. Now I have to spend another $150 on all the other misc. stuff, powder, bullets, cleaning supplies and soforth. Just ordered everything online at Outdoorsuperstore.com. Nice selection, prices better than Cabelas. Also picked up a 209 conversion kit so I have complete flexability ingnion sources. Can't wait to shoot her next weekend after all the other stuff gets here.
Any advice on breaking her in? or newbe advice in general?
Thanks again!

RE: TC System 1 Twist rate?
I did find that my thunderhawk will shoot the triple 77 powder ,but no more then 80 to 85 grains for excellent groups.I will also say that mt t/c favors pyrodex select and charges yp to 110 grains.
I am now using the noslers 300 grain full partition sabot with 95 grains of pyrodex select ,my choice is the RWS no # 11 1075 plus caps.
I also found that spit patch between shots is all that needed ,no solvents
good luck
